I had a great experience at the resort, especially loved the beautiful views from my room's balcony, which overlooked the sea and Mt. Agung. The staff were very friendly and respectful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the rooms were smaller than I expected and the flooring wasn't as depicted in the pictures. Overall, it was a good value for money but could use a little updating in some areas.
